Caturday Art
Kizmet is the subject of today’s art. She is napping on the back of Dad Tom’s chair in front of the bedroom window. It’s one of her favorite spots, especially when the sun is shining. Her dad is not in the chair. She’s happy whether he is there or not.
The effect is Village Sketch from Painnt. I tinkered with just about everything, including the colors, contrast and saturation. The frame is again from the favpng app, and I tinkered with that has well. The upper right corner had two hearts that didn’t look right with the geometric lines in the photo. I cut off what I could and then added the hot pink “bursts” with piZap.
I created a puzzle as well. Most of you should be able to complete it very quickly. It always takes me longer, as my hands go numb while I am moving the pieces around.
This is Kizmet’s entry in Athena Cat Goddess Wise Kitty’s Caturday Art blog hop. By clicking on the badge below, you can pop over there to see Athena’s art and check out the submissions from other bloggers.
Sunday Selfies Reminder
Tomorrow’s the day when you put on your best smile and join us for our blog hop. There’s a lot to smile about as we will be springing forward into Day Light Saving time.
Your host is as yet undetermined. No surprise there!
We also will be remembering beautiful and sweet Dolly from Brian’s Home. She was a frequent hopper along with her fursibs. This past Monday she suddenly and unexpectedly received her angel wings.
We look forward to seeing you tomorrow. If you are in the path of the upcoming storm, please stay safe.
Very cool!
Oh my mouses, I LOVE THAT! I like the colours, a lot. Peepers says they remind her of her asters in late summer. PURRS
Pretty art. I have a similar problem doing puzzles. My hand either clamps on to the mouse and I have to prise my fingers off, or I can’t hold it without keep dropping it. I do the puzzles when it is not as bad but they still take a lot longer than they used to. I am not complaining though. It is a minor after effect from the strokes and could have been much worse.
That sure is colorful! I love it! ~Ernie
Beautiful art. I am always the slowest at puzzles, I tend to zone out when doing them- like a meditation. 🙂 XO
Snazzy art of you today, Kizmet!
Kizmet, you sure do look comfortable — and colorful — in your favorite spot there!
Love the colorful art, and Kizmet is the purrfect model.
Off to puzzle…thank you.
That turned out very nice. We love the colors!!! Thanks for the puzzle.

WOW Kizmet! Your Mom made you look amazing atop your Dad’s chair. Almost electric…….you and your family keep warm with this winter storm coming. We’re READY here with wood in the fireplace to keep us cozy all day. See you tomorrow for selfies!
