Caturday Art
Cooper Murphy and Calista Jo were cuddling with me yesterday morning when it was 24° F.
I expect there will be more of this today as the temperature is predicted to go down to 14° F overnight.
As far as the art effects go, I went back to my standby, Painnt. The effect is Mermaid Tail with the addition of the soft light and analog filters. As usual, the frame is from favpng.
Cooper Murphy and Calista Jo are joining the Caturday Art blog hop hosted by Athena Cat Goddess Wise Kitty. You can do the same by clicking on her badge.
I also made a puzzle for those of you who enjoy them.
Friendly Fill-Ins: Week #293
We postponed Fill-Ins until today in order to celebrate Cooper Murphy’s Gotcha Day yesterday. He has some thankfuls to share, which he will do on Thankful Thursday.
1. My focus word for 2022 is complete tasks. (Sorry I needed two words.)
2. This year I want to learn more about SEO, which is an ongoing need, as it changes constantly.
3. I finished writing and sending my Christmas thank you notes during the first week of 2022. (Unfortunately, I haven’t finished sending the kitties actual Christmas cards.)
4. In this season of my life, I just want to survive COVID and return to a somewhat normal daily routine.
Friendly Fill-Ins is a blog hop hosted by Ellen (15 And Meowing) and Lorriane (Four-Legged Furballs). Sentences to be filled in can be found on both blogs on Thursdays. To hop along, click on the badge at left.
Sunday Selfies Reminder
Tomorrow is our weekly blog hop, and Kitties Blue certainly hope you will join them. We also will be remembering a dear friend who went to the Rainbow Bridge a few days ago. Many of you know her from the Tabby Cat Club and many of you from Cat Scouts. It is our dear and beautiful friend, Gracie, who was the maid of honor at Allie and Mau’s wedding. Even if you do not want to post a selfie or hop, please come by to remember Gracie.
I bet the two of you are sharing how much fun you had celebrating Cooper Murphy’s Birthday! We are sorry we missed the pawty. And Mom loves your Peeps Fill ins. She can relate to some of them. We hope you are all having a marvellously Happy Weekend!
Loved your #4. Good luck with #2. We stopped blogging seriously not to deal with it. Nice art piece.
Those were terrific answers and such an artsy sweet duo!
Nothing better than cuddling with a kitty when it’s frigid outside!
Wow, it’s almost as cold there as it is here!
Covid has shifted all daily activities around here. It’s too blankety blank cold too.
Beautiful art. Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. I like your focus words for the year. And thank you for the puzzle. XO

That’s so cold! Snuggling weather, for sure. 🙂
MOL we were all snuggled next to Mom last night…it was 68 degrees. We think we would be popsicles at 14!!!
We like your fill-in answers. It would be nice to go back to “normal” someday soon.
The Florida Furkids with love and whisker kisses to Sawyer from Noelle
That looks so soft and cuddly, me, Katie, would love to be there too, adding to the cuddlepile.
Mighty fun fine and cuccly artwork! Plus a monster big jigsaw to do as well. My, Mrs H will be at the sherry, if she manages to finish that one!

That is lovely art.
I agree with #4. Like everyone, we had so many plans and I am only too aware that time is getting shorter. As soon as we think Covid is getting better it comes right back and bites us on the butt!
Love the artwork – just plain gorgeous…..and I am totally with you on #4 fill-in. This super cold weather makes me wish Teddy was a snuggler!
Hugs, Pam
Not sure our daily routines will ever be normal again, but hey, adventures around every changing corner. Adaptation takes energy but is so good for the grey matter.
Sort of….
Nice art!
