Feline/Friendship Friday

Sorry for the late post. I could not access the internet last night.

Sawyer and Calista Jo are participating in the blog hops at Comedy Plus and Create With Joy.

Friendly Fill-Ins: Week #246

Time for those fill-ins hosted each week by Ellen (15 And Meowing) and Lorianne (Four-Legged Furballs). I used teal italics for my fill-ins. Explanatory info is in parentheses.

Friendly Fill-Ins is a blog hop. You can find the sentences to be filled in on both blogs on Thursdays. And you can join the hop by clicking on the badge at left.

1. Years ago, I had a five-pound cockapoo named Smack.

2. I used to want a purple Mustang, but now I don’t. (To be honest, I wouldn’t turn one down if somebody wanted to give me one.)

3. I have just recently become interested in lifting weights.

4. I wouldn’t be where I am today without discovering that I am a cat person.

We’ll be back tomorrow with some Caturday Art.

I so love seeing you sleeping so peacefully together. At my house I sleep with my Momma, under her arm, under the covers. But if Gidget is there, or Peaches, KC or ChauncieMarie, then I have to find another place to sleep. Not so warm. Nobuddy wants to snuggle with me. Purrs, Dori

I don’t think that train’s going anywhere fast!

My human has been strength training with weights (and body weight, and resistance bands, but mostly weights) a few times a week, and she swears that it keeps her healthy and probably about 20 years younger physically than her age-by-years.

Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers- especially #4, I wish I had thought of that. I would turn down a purple mustang too. 🙂 Cute photo. Have a nice weekend. XO

On a humorous note, I read your first fill-in as “a five pound cockaToo” That made me stop short.

What a grand Cat Train you have going there. Choo Choo. It looks like the sleeping cars are really comfy. Love those fill ins. Dad was a weight lifter for years so if you have any questions ask away. He says “The best thing is to get some dumb bells (No Rumpy) with removable weights. He says dont eve use those silly things the girls use on tv that are like a pound. You shoud…” DAD! Gawd what a yakker. Sorry

Good to know that I’m not the only one who gets all SQUEE when cats sleep near each other!

Sandee February 12, 2021 at 10:55 am

Trains are fabulous and cat trains are even better. What an adorable shot. I love you both.

Love your fill-ins. A purple mustang? You’d look good in a purple mustang.

Thank you for joining the Feline Friday Blog Hop.

Have a purrfect Feline Friday and weekend. Scritches to all the kitties and a big hug to the mom. ♥

Good morning! We have sleet here – how about you? Love the Cat Train…..Sawyer makes an adorable caboose. A purple mustang huh? I wanted a red one when I was in my 20s and decided when I became a rich and famous author I’d buy one. Well, we all know how THAT turned out! Stay warm and cozy.

Hugs, Pam
