Caturday Art
I may have pushed the envelope a bit too far this week. But I will let you be the judge, and you can let me know what you think in the Comments. This is the final version created with the Lilmisch effect from Painnt. I have made a puzzle for you. The link is at the bottom of the post.
You may be surprised to learn that one of Kitties Blue is included in this photo. Maybe you will be able to pick him out in the next photo.
The photo is of an iris in our garden with a napping Cooper Murphy added to the center. I got the idea to do this from Anne Geddes, the famous photographer of babies in such things as flower pots. If you’d like to see some of her work, click on her name.
So that is my unusual art for this week. I’ll be linking it to the Caturday Art blog hop hosted by Athena Cat Goddess Wise Kitty. If you’d like to do the same or just check out art created by your fellow bloggers, click on her badge.
Sunday Selfies Reminder
Oh boy, tomorrow is Sunday, which means it will be time for our Sunday Selfies blog hop. Though, Kitties Blue are not fans of taking selfies; I am somewhat certain I will be able to bribe talk one of the gang into being your host. If not, we do have some guest selfies saved. Kitties Blue and all your friends come by here on Sundays to see your bright and smiling faces. So, please, consider joining us for the hop. If you are unable to participate, we hope you’ll still drop in to check out the selfies of your buddies.
Until tomorrow, have fun puzzling! I already did it, and it wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be.
We love your art this week. It is important to go with what you feel and let we visitors see what we see, miss entirely, or see something totally different. That is the beauty of art
WoW! WoW! WoW!!! I LOVE your photo. I think you have done better than Anne Geddes, This is not only inventive, but it is totally stunning. And I can;t wait to try doing the puzzle.
That artwork is magnificent!! I did see the kitty in there, but now I know who it is:)
That looks like a whopper of a puzzle!
Wow, that is some really cool experimental art! We bet the puzzle is super difficult!
I could barely make out Cooper Murphy in the first picture…but I see him in the second one. Very fun!

I think your art is totally fabulous!
Hmm. In the first picture, I stared and stared and finally saw the kittie. Had no idea what the rest of the pic was. It was still pretty.
Very coolio!
Off to puzzle…thanks!
Wow, you rocked that puzzle!
That is a lovely and unusual effect and I love those bold colours. Before I saw the original photo I thought the iris was a cat’s head in the centre pointing off to the top left.
I can see that!
Oh my goodness what an amazing effect you achieved with Coop’s photo. Love the way BOTH of those turned out. Incredible art; colors and shapes. BRAVO!
Hugs, Teddy and Mom too
I think it was a cool experiment!
