Sunday Selfies: Week #433

Here’s the surprise host I mentioned in yesterday’s post: Lisbeth!

Tuxedo cat warming her belly atop a granite slab on a radiator.

Normally, it is difficult to get her off of the top perch on the cat treat. She even eats lots of her meals and gets her treats there. But a recent addition to the foyer and dining room caught her attention—granite tops for the two radiators. When it gets really cold, she delights in sleeping directly on the radiator, which really isn’t good for her skin. And it isn’t particularly comfortable.

Lisbeth was so happy to feel the warmth on her belly, she decided to take a selfie. I hope you all feel as lucky as I do to see her here today. Thank you, Lisbeth!

Hopping Time

Now that Lisbeth has graced us with her presence, it’s your turn to snap and post a selfie. After you do that, come back here and link up to our hop. If you can’t hop today, that’s okay. The hop remains open through Thursday. But the sooner you get it done, the more time you’ll have to enjoy an easy Sunday and a nap under the Christmas tree. Or if you’re a kitten, you’ll have extra time to remove ornaments from the tree.

Tree Ornament Removal

As we draw close to Christmas, I have decided to keep a daily tally of unapproved ornament removal. So far, this is where we are: Day #1 = 2, Day #2 = 5. This bad behavior takes place at night while Dad Tom and I are sleeping. As the seven older cats have not touched the tree in years, I have a pretty good idea as to which of the Kitties Blue are doing this. But, I’ll let you come to your own conclusions.

Thanks for visiting, commenting and being our friends. Have a happy and easy Sunday.
