Caturday Art
All American Pet Photo Day encourages pet owners to share their favorite pet photos on July 11th. Of course, we share photos everyday, and on Caturday, we share artified photos and join the Caturday Art blog hop hosted by Athena Cat Goddess Wise Kitty.
Today’s photo was taken on the catio and includes, Mau, Cooper Murphy Astrid, Calista Jo and some fresh nip. When I edited the photo all but Astrid mostly disappeared. Here’s the original.
To create the art, I used the Leather texture and an ovrelay from piZap.
If you would like to join the Kitties Blue Nip Crew on the blog hop, click on Athena’s badge.
Sunday Selfies Reminder
It’s time again tomorrow for Kitties Blue Sunday Selfies blog hop. If you haven’t snapped your photo yet, get it done now. You don’t want to interrupt your Easy Sunday nap just to take a selfie. Our selfie host is unknown at this time. You’ll need to join us tomorrow to see who it is.
We are all melted here with day after day of 90+ degree temps, and we have the same forecast for all next week. We know many of you are experiencing the same or even worse, so try to stay cool and hydrated.
See y’all tomorrow.
Lovely art!
That’s a great effect, Mom Janet. How nice that they get to enjoy that awesome catio. and nip! Stay cool in all this heat.
That is a cool effect! Only wish it was cool enough to bring those 90 degree temps down.
Great art!
We’ve been sweltering, until today…but it’s not going to last…darnit…

Astrid is very clever taking centre stage and making the others disappear!
That art sure did make some of your kitties go incognito!
Cool art… but I love how all four of them show up in the original photo.
