MAU & MOM TAKE ON FILL-INS

Friendly Fill-Ins: Week #156

Friendly Fill-Ins is a fun blog hop hosted by Ellen (15 and Meowing) and Lorianne (Four-Legged Furballs). Each Thursday, they post four sentences with blanks to be filled in by participants. The hop is held on Fridays at Four-Legged Furballs. To participate click on the badge at the left.

My completions are in teal italics.

1. 1971 was a very good year. I graduated from college and met Dad Tom.

2. There is nothing quite like the apricot pie from the Hickory Pit restaurants in California.

3. If I had a talk show, I would want to interview Michele Obama. I have always admired her. I am almost finished reading her memoir, Becoming. She is open, honest and articulate.

4. There is nothing I wouldn’t do for Dad Tom and the Kitties Blue (well, except kill somebody, rob a bank or some other really bad thing).

Feline Friday

Mau asked to join the Feline Friday blog hop at Comedy Plus. He does have an ulterior motive. He wanted to do the fill-Ins. His fill-in for numbers two through four is Allie (his wife from Friends Furever). And his fill-in for number one is 2016, the year he and Allie were married at Cat Scouts.

If you weren’t following the Kitties Blue when Mau and Allie were married, you can read about it, see some wedding photos and read a poem from Mau on our post, “A Grand Affair.”
