Like most of our friends, we were so thankful when spring finally arrived. So for Thankful Thursday, I am sharing a few highlights from the garden. We have lived in our home for 30 years. For at least 15 of those I have planted 100s upon 100s of daffodils, tulips and irises in various colors and sizes as well as many other flowers. This is some of what is blooming now: daffodils, tulips, hyacinths and dogwood trees.
Today is the last day to enter our giveaway to win one of five copies of the book, The Good, the Bad and the Furry by British humor writer, Tom Cox. To enter leave a Comment prior to midnight EDT by clicking here. U.S. residents only please as this is the U.S. launch of the book. Winners will be selected using Random.org and announced on our Caturday Art post.

So beautiful. Mom is jealous. She has been buying plants for the pots on our patio but that is the extent of it. We have a low fence and the deer eat everything they can reach.
Such lovely flowers. This is why Momy says she’s moving back to the suburbs.
Love,
Lola and Lexy
You all have such a beautiful garden! The Mom is pining. She would love to have a garden like that, but our yard doesn’t get much sun and she has the opposite of a green thumb – she has killed every plant/flower she’s ever had! One day she will have a beautiful garden…
Sampy sends as many kisses to Astrid as there are flowers in the whole world. We are all sending lots of love!
Oh my mouses! Those flowers are SO beautiful. So very happy you felt obliged to share.
Purrs,
Nissy
PS. Please don’t enter me in the giveaway ’cause, as you know, I’m a Canadian cat. purrs

We love the dogwood! We do see them here in our area, but they are not too common, and even less spectacular , must be we are at the edge of the climate zone for them to thrive well.
you have an amazing garden,xx Rachel
