Caturday Art
I absolutely cannot believe I have been subjected to returning here today as art. Yesterday was humiliating enough! At least I was not forced back into that ridiculous bumble bee costume. The artist (Mom) used one of the photos she did not post yesterday.
She used the Daisies art effect from LunaPic and then added the blue floral corners from piZap. Picasa was used to add the simple border.
I have forgiven Mom, but I refuse to allow her to put my collar back on me. I deserve to be nekkid for awhile after my ordeal. After being tortured, I was pooped and spent a major portion of yesterday sleeping in the shark bed. Dressing up sucks. I don’t know how Summer does it. Did you see her Friday post? She had on three different costumes. There aren’t enough treats in the world to get me to do that.
I will be wearing a costume here on Halloween along with all the KittiesBlue, but those costumes will be virtual!
This is my submission in Athena Cat Goddess Wise Kitty’s Caturday Art blog hop. To see Athena’s art or find links to other participating blogs, click on her badge.
If you missed my Bumble Bee photos on our Friday post, there’s a link to it at the bottom of this page.
Sunday Selfies
Lisbeth will be here to host our blog hop tomorrow. She asked me to remind you to get your selfies taken and be ready to join us. She’ll be in Halloween mode, but she will not be costumed. I don’t think kitty costumes are made big enough to fit her. (Please don’t tell her I said that. She’ll for certain beat me up!)
Purrs and paw pats, Astrid
p.s. My dad caught me off guard and collared me! Pffft!
Mee-you Astrid yur notty!! Mew mew mew……

It seems that bumblebees and art go along well, together! Bzzzzzzzzz….MOL!
Dear Ms Astrid,
2 days in a row! And as a bee! I think that means you are two times as beautiful!

Astrid, we think this is some very nice artwork, but having to wear that bee costume is rough. We are sorry that happened, even though you wear it well!
Your art is nice but I hate that your human made you dress up against your will.
Astrid, as they say…suck it up, buttercup!
Humans have thumbs, and even though cats rule the world, sometimes those dang hands overrule!
Stop grumbling, you looked adorable as a bee and I love your art 🙂 XO
You look pretty darn cool in there sweetie! Brother Simon volunteered for selfie day tomorrow.
OMCs I’m so sorry but my mom is laughing at the bumblebee from Friday.
We like how you artified it today
Hugs madi your bfff
You’re a very colorful bumble now, Astrid. 🙂
That looks amazing!

That is sooooo cool!
Have a Happy Halloween…

You sure look cute in artwork. Be careful they may get you into more Halloween costumes. For your sake I hope no more costumes. LOL, MOL. Stay on guard and you won’t get collared the next time.
Too adorable for words! Love it! 😀
I didn’t see yesterday’s post so had to go and look. Even though you didn’t approve, you made a very cute bee. You look even cuter in your art.
We know just how humiliating and exhausting it can be getting all dressed up, Astrid. But you sure do look adorable!
xoxo,

Great art ! As you don’t like to be seen in your bee outfit, the advantage with such nice effects is that you’re barely recognizable, Astrid ! Purrs
Oh this is a real gem of an artsy photo! I know you didn’t like wearing that bee costume Astrid BUT your Mom got lots of good shots while she could so you can still be the STAR without going through the wear and tear of putting on a costume each time! This is a beautiful effect – daisies all over the place which is a perfect spot for a beautiful BEE to be!
Hugs, Teddy
I’m glad I don’t have any costumes…besides my hats, Astrid, but I have to say, you look absolutely gorgeous in it, even if you didn’t like it to wear. Glad this picture has made, so you can put the dress into… history 😀 Pawkisses for a wonderful weekend 🙂 <3
Astrid, some kitties just shouldn’t have to wear costumes! The really weird thing is that both Binga and I are okay with them (although Binga doesn’t know how to model one, but that’s a different skillset). Most kitties just don’t care for it at all (Sparkle was a hater), but I’m pretty pliable, especially where treats are involved!
P.S. Thanks for the shoutout!
She is just adorable. I guess I had better start training Bee now, while she is small! ❤🐝
