Friendly Fill-Ins: Week #189
Friendly Fill-Ins is hosted by Ellen (15 And Meowing) and Lorianne (Four-Legged Furballs). Each select two sentences for participants to complete. If you’d like to play along, click on the badge at the left. That will take you to Lorianne’s blog, where you can enter the link to your post.
The sentences to be completed can be found on both blogs each Thursday.
I have filled in using teal italics, without any help his week from Kitties Blue. I know they would never complete #2 as I did. Any explanatory info is in parentheses.
1. My plans for the weekend include ?. (I’d like to go to the movies and see either Little Women or Cats, but I have no idea if either of those things will happen.)
2. You will never find sardines or anchovies in my home.
3. I hope I always have the wonderful blogging friends I have made.
4. I hope I never have to make any hard decisions when it comes to Sawyer.
Feline/Friendship Friday
Our resident ham, Mau, is photobombing Lisbeth in this photo with gifts from Lisbeth’s boyfried Charles. The knitted toys were actually for all the Kitties Blue and created by Charles’ mom. Lisbeth is lying on a new mat created with lovely angel fabric. There were treats and other fun gifts not only for Lisbeth and the kitties but also for me. We will share more photos during the next week.
Lisbeth and Mau are joining the blog hops at Comedy Plus and Create with Joy. To join either or both click on the appropriate badge below.
Mau is a cutie. Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. I hope to see Little Women too. I don’t want to see CATS, I would cry too much during the song, Memory. Sardines are good for kitties despite smelling bad. Have a nice weekend. XO
Those knitted toys look like so much fun. They’re easy to whap around.
I don’t like sardines or anchovies, but Ivor likes both, yuk!
Thank you for your card which arrived yesterday with several others. Our post is so slow when it involves Bank Holidays.
I hope for #4 for you too and keep Sawyer in my thoughts.
Love your fill-ins and I hear you on #4. I hope the same for you.
Thank you for joining the Feline Friday Blog Hop.
Have a purrfect Feline Friday and weekend. My best to your siblings and a big hug to your mom. ♥
We keep a tin of either sardines or anchovies in the house…even though the humans are vegan…because they make great bait for trapping TNR cats, or the kitties can get a wee treat.
Do NOT sign me up for anchovies – MOL! Lovely gifts, sounds like everyone was well ‘presented’ this year.
We’re right there with you on #4. We do have sardines in the house in case of a “kitty won’t eat” emergency. That really is a cute photo!
I’m with you on the anchovies — UGH! My dad got me to try sardines in mustard sauce with saltine crackers when I was a kid. Tolerable! LOL! I never did thank you for the fabulous Christmas card. I’m afraid I didn’t mail any cards this year (again). Getting lazy in my old age! And I’m sure we’re all with you on your #4 with the same prayers. What great toys for all the Kitties Blue. I should learn how to make those for my furrbabies! Maybe your friend has a pattern although I’ve done more crocheting than knitting! Have a fab weekend. If it’s like here, try to stay dry. I must say I’m enjoying this mild winter since I’m definitely not a fan of the cold weather! 😀 <3
We hope and pray for #4 too. Mom isn’t a fan of anchovies or sardines so there aren’t any here either. Those toys look like fun!!
The Florida Furkids with smoochies and Love to Mau from Allie (she loved his message) and paw pats and headbonks to Sawyer from Noelle
Ewww— sardines and anchovies. Mom doesn’t like them and taught me to say ewwww too.
Happy Mew Years all of you. XOX
Those are adorable toys Charles’ Mom made for all the Kitties Blue. She’s talented! My Mom and Dad are both sardine AND anchovie fans – I’ve never had either but I’ll admit that the aroma intrigues me (says Teddy!). Both Teddy and I hope that Sawyer’s seizures will settle down and a miracle will happen and he’ll never have another one or at the very least smaller ones farther between. We live in hope.
Hugs, Pam and Teddy too
Sardines?? Sure why not??
Anchovies…I am with you on that one, MOL!
That was a nice package you all got with those toiys and goodies!
