Cooper Murphy is celebrating his first Cinco de Mayo and has made up a special batch of goldfish meowgaritas. Please join him and the other Kitties Blue in a toast to our hosts—Ellen, 15 And Meowing, and Annie, McGuffy’s Reader, for one year of their Friendly Fill-Ins Blog Hop.
Friendly Fill-Ins: Week #52
1. I hate having a landline. I have turned the ringer down so I can barely hear it. Ninety-nine percent of the calls are solicitations or political.
2. My most treasured piece of jewelry is a gold, heart-shaped locket that belonged to my paternal grandmother. It has a photo of me when I was about 2 years old and my sister at about nine.
3. This year, I have learned that I will always have more to learn, especially about blogging.
I have been so busy with so many things right now. Maggie is asleep on my arm as I try to type this. I cannot complain. She is so sappy right now, just wanting to give and receive love. (Yes, sappy. She is silly.) Chloe Jo is a bit moody, but feeling okay, we think. Her numbers are still stable. *whew*
You always give such good answers. Thank you for that. HUGS.
Hi Its Scouts Mango and Aspen and we are hoping so much to go to the Kentucky Derby but this Saturday Morning Mom cannot get Cat Scouts to load on her phone ! Oh Noes!!
Lookit that mustache, he he!Happy belated Cinco de Mayo day! Hope u had a wonderful celebration.
Happy Cinco de Mayo ! Purrs
One of the good things about landlines is you can get caller ID. If we don’t know the party, we don’t answer.
What a precious treasure your grandmother’s locket is. Priceless.
I think that I will always have more to learn about blogging. What specifically do you feel that you have to learn about it? For me, it is coming up with an interesting post to start with. I’m glad to have opportunities like Friendly Fill-Ins and Share Your World and Wednesday Hodgepodge, so I know I have at least 3 posts a week on my two main blogs. Where do you get your inspiration?
Have a blessed weekend. 🙂
Happy Cinco de Mayo!

Cooper Murphy’s so handsome! I do the same thing with my landline … I’ve got several phones on it – and all but one have the ringer off (and the exception is on low). I don’t answer numbers I don’t know.

Cooper Murphy looks adorable, I like the fish in the pitcher 🙂 Thank you for always participating in the fill-ins, you helped make this 1st year a success. Great answers, that is true about the landline, yet I still feel the need to have one. Your locket sounds wonderful. I agree, there is always more to learn about blogging and from photos I have seen of you, you don’t need to lose weight. Have a nice weekend! XO
Happy Cinco de Mayo! Cooper Murphy looks soooo cute!
We have a landline too. Dad won’t get rid of it because they do a ton of conference calls for GAL and the cell phone is too difficult to hear. It’s not a “true” landline because it’s VOIP so it will go out if the power goes down.

Happy Cinco de Meowyo!!!
Happy Cinco De Mayo. Love the Goldfish drink Cooper made up – very tasty, and I liked how the goldfish gave a little wiggle as I swallowed him! It tickled!
Happy Cinco de Mayo and Cooper you look FABULOUS! I’ve never had a goldfish meowgarita Cooper but maybe I’m not old enough yet to try one? Maybe I could have a goldfish milk shake instead???? Hope you, your brother Mau and all your sisters have a SUPER DUPER day! We liked your Mom’s fill-ins too…..my Mom did them today as well since they were “people fill-ins” this time!
Hugs, Senor Teddy
Happy Cinco de Mayo!
