Friendly Fill-Ins: Week #33
We are joining this week’s mostly Christmas-themed Friendly Fill-Ins hosted by Ellen (15 And Meowing) and Annie (McGuffy’s Reader). Yet again, Kitties Blue asked me to complete all four fill-ins. I’m getting a funny feeling that the lazy bums have no intention of ever completing the fill-ins again unless they are showered with treats. My completions are in teal italics.
To join the Fill-Ins blog hop, click on “McGuffy’s Reader” in the above paragraph.
1. I still need to wrap and mail several gifts before Christmas.
2. My favorite episode of Seinfeld is episode 138, “The Little Kicks,” from 1996.
3. What I really would like for Christmas is for every homeless animal to have a forever and loving home.
4. My favourite part of Christmastime is sitting quietly in the living room, with the lights dimmed, looking at the Christmas tree and finding and giving the perfect gift to each person. As we do not have a tree this year, here is a photo of last year’s tree.
We are not planning on taking anytime off from the blog for Christmas, so we will be here tomorrow for Caturday Art and will have a special Sunday Selfies blog host for Christmas Day.
That was a wonderful and lovely tree! Stunning!
We have not seen any Seinfeld here, MOL!
HAH! That’s how TW dances too! Your 2 trees last year were gorgeous. Merry Christmas!
Yes, it would be great if all the animals out there could have a safe, warm, loving home for Christmas. Have a Merry Christmas.
That was a beautiful tree!
I think it would be wonderful for all of the homeless critters to having loving homes, too.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you and your family.
Your tree last year was stunning. I really like your answers, especially #3. Merry Christmas! We do hope to be back for Sunday Selfies.
I was always worried that I looked silly while dancing. After watching that Seinfeld episode…. well. Let’s just say that my episodes of public dancing have been dramatically curtailed. Gah!
I’ll miss the hop on Sunday, but I’ll be thinking of your family. I know this has been a difficult time for you. I hope you’re able to find some spots of joy in your memories of holidays past with your beloved Fiona.

Your tree is lovely. My mum hasn’t put mine up this year either but I am still hopeful she might do it tomorrow.
Your tree from last year was beautiful. We like to sit and watch the tree too. Sometimes an ornament “accidently” falls off. 😉
We hope your wish becomes a reality one day! We’re taking this weekend off (as always) so wishing all of you a very Merry Christmas!
Your tree is just magical! We loved your answers too and especially #3.

we share your Christmas wish for every animal to find their forever homes!
Such purrfect answers. Our answers to #3 are identical.
We are sending you all many, many warm wishes for this Christmas. The first Christmas without a beloved furbaby is indeed difficult, but I have the utmost faith that Fiona is with you in spirit. And she is the most purrfect Christmas angel.
We will also still be around this weekend. We’ll be posting some Christmas art tomorrow, and already have ourselves a festive selfie to share with you on Sunday. A blessed day to you all!
We share your Christmas wish. Received your beautiful Fiona card yesterday…it is exquisite. You are in my thoughts…the first Christmas without a beloved pet is the hardest. {{{HUGS}}}
Your tree last year was beautiful. Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. I love that episode too, very funny. Please tell Mau we are sorry we missed his pole dancing photo, but it is up now 🙂 Thank you. XO
We think #3 would always be purrfect!
Love your answers! I’m probably one of the few who didn’t watch Seinfeld on a regular basis but I may have to check out the reruns cause that was HILARIOUS! I so agree with your wishes for all the little homeless animals. And I have to say that your tree and decorations from last year are gorgeous! Here’s wishing you and yours a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Your little card with Fiona was beautiful and a fine tribute. Hugs to you! <3
We know you aren’t decorating this year but honestly your house has ALWAYS been our FAVORITE Christmas decoration destination! It looks like magic – all the trees you do in the different rooms and such beautiful lights……Anyway, we hope you DO feel the magic of Christmas even without decorating……it’s there all around you – reach out and grab it…..we wish you happiness and peace. We also love your fill-ins. Picking a favorite Seinfeld episode is impossible but my Mom always loved Elaine’s WACKY dancing!!!
Love and Christmas kisses,
Mom and Angel Sammy
Your Christmas Tree is pretty.
You tree is BEAUTIFUL! My human would be hard-pressed to come up with her favorite Seinfeld episode because there are so many!
We agree … if we could have one wish granted, it would be for all kitties to have forever homes where they are loved and treated well. We didn’t send out Christmas cards, but we’re wishing all of you a Merry Christmas. I know things have been difficult … we’re sending lots of love and wishes for peace as well.
I loved that Seinfeld episode, too. I also loved “Soup Nazi” and “The Rye”. Great stuff. Excellent answer for #3. I also wish that there were no homeless animals. I even worry about wild ones losing their homes. Hugs to you and yours. I love you guys. Merry Christmas!
Awesome fill-ins! We like that episode too and what a beautiful tree! We’d sit and watch that for hours.
Thank you for your Christmas card today. It came in the mail and we LOVE it! Thank you.
Concatulations on answering all those tuff questions. You did a great job! We like the part of quietly watching the lighted tree and giving each person (or creature) the perfect gift!
