Friendly Fill-Ins:Week #77
Friday has rolled around again, so that means it is time for fill-ins. This is a blog hop hosted by our friends, Annie (McGuffy’s Reader) and Ellen (15 And Meowing). Each week, the first two sentences to be completed are selected by Ellen and the second two by Annie.
If you’d like to participate, both Annie and Ellen post the potential fill-ins on Thursday. To join the hop, you need to go to McGuffy’s Reader. You can go there now by clicking on the badge to the left.
My completions are in teal italics. Number four was completed by Astrid, and she selected orange for her completion.

- I would like to interview Jackson Galaxy in person. I’ve interviewed him by telephone. If you missed the series of posts from that interview, you can read them by clicking on these links: Jackson Galaxy Interview; Jackson Galaxy Interview Part 2 & Catify to Satisfy Review; and Jackson Galaxy Interview Part 3. I’d like to interview him about his new book, TOTAL CAT MOJO, which I will be reviewing here on Monday. That’s a post you won’t want to miss, as I will be giving away a copy of the book.
- I would like to be interviewed by Ellen. She’s an animal lover and seems very genuine.
- Halloween night is not for kitties. Too much noise and too many rug rats ringing the doorbell.
- (Astrid asked to complete this fill-in, and I couldn’t turn her down, as she was not a happy camper.) Once Halloween is over, I am going to shred and burn this stupid bumble bee costume…unless I can get my paws on it before then. Okay, so I admit I look cute, but I showed Mom exactly what I thought of it. I’m surprised it isn’t covered in blood. I was so mad, I didn’t even want the treats I was offered!
We hope you will join us again tomorrow for some Caturday Art.
Oh, Astrid, you are the most sweetest bumblebee evfur! Even with a stink eye! MOL!!!
Astrid, you are the cutest little bumblebee *ever*!!! I wouldn’t even mind if you bit me!
You’re a cute bumblebee, Astrid, even if you don’t like to wear that outfit obviously. Purrs
Astrid, you do look cute in that bee costume. It’s too bad you didn’t enjoy wearing it. I have a bee costume, but it isn’t as cute as yours.
Dear Ms Astrid,
I think you are bee-utiful! THe costume accents your lovely furs.
I have been told I shall be ensconced in my sanctuary at the top of the townhouse on Halloween. From there I should be able to see all the children running around.

Jackson Galaxy’s new book looks really great! I’ll be tuning in for sure.
Astrid, your magnificent stink eye does not change the fact that you are ADORABLE as a cute buzzy bee!
Oh, Astrid! How adorable! I love that! xoxo! I need to get Bee a costume like that! She never did answer to Bonnie, so it is Bee (as in Bonnie B Good). She has always answered to Bee. Thank you for joining us. You matter. Hugs.
Astrid, you couldn’t BEE any cuter 🙂 Sorry you don’t like your costume though. Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. I like Ellen too, plus we have the same name 🙂 It would be great if you could interview Jackson Galaxy in person. Have a nice weekend! XO
Well, Astrid, you look adorable. Sorry you don’t like it. 😀
Astrid, you DO look very cute in that costume, but if you are so upset you didn’t even want your treats, that is too bad. Hope you got them later after the costume came off.
You are totally adorable, Astrid!!! Of course, mess with a bee and you’re liable to be stung. I hear tortie-bees are ESPECIALLY ferocious 😉
astrid we thinkz ya lookz gorgeouz !!!!
That sounds like a good plan Astrid! I’m just glad my chicken hat went missing!
But you look SO good in that costume. (Still I understand the urge to shred.)

That costume is so adorably cute, Astrid. Perhaps you could fur-give your Humans just this once (mol)…
We know you don’t LIKE wearing that costume but you look adorable! Good fill-ins too!
The Florida Furkids with tons and tons of smoochies and love to Mau from Allie
Poor Astrid! We don’t blame you for wanting to shred that costume…but you do look kinda cute. 😉
I like Astrid’s response. I’m glad I don’t have to dress up for Halloween. I’m also looking forward to your book review on Monday.
Oh Astrid, you do make a totally adorable bumble bee but I can tell that you are absolutely NOT “on board” with being a bee. This is my very first Halloween and I’m sure I will love seeing all the kids at our door but Mom thinks one of them will want to take me home with them instead of a treat! She said I’m round enough to be mistaken for a pumpkin – I’m sure I should be insulted by that but she’s my Mom so I’m giving her a break! Happy Friday………we love your filling in today…….
Hugs, Teddy
OMC, I think that honeybee costume is adorable, Astrid! I guess dressing up isn’t for every kitty.
That is the best costume yet! I’m glad you didn’t shred it.
Sorry, Astrid. 🙂
