TUNNEL VISION OF COOPER MURPHY

Caturday Art

Cooper Murphy has recently discovered the three-way tunnel. When I first saw him in it, his backend was sticking out. With him being a bit broad in the body, I came to the conclusion that he couldn’t fit inside. But I was wrong. The photo I chose for today’s art creation is of Cooper Murphy totally inside the tunnel looking out. The original photo is terribly out of focus so I am not going to share it. Here’s the art version.

I created this by applying the Tropic of Capricorn filter from Dreamscope. I then overlaid one of the cloud textures from PicMonkey. The leaf motif in the corners was added using piZap. The plain borders were added in Picasa. A bit of piling on, but I think it worked.

Easter Sunday Selfies

Cat4-001We’ll be back tomorrow with one of the Kitties Blue gussied up for Easter Sunday. I have no idea who that might be. I suspect some bribery involving treats will be employed. I am quite certain many of you will be involved with family and religious services. If you cannot get here tomorrow to add your selfie to the blog hop, don’t fret.  The hop remains open every week through Thursday.

A Note from Siddhartha and the Purrfect Pad

Our friend Purrince Siddhartha Henry’s mum, Sherri-Ellen, called today to ask me to pass on the message that her computer is “toast.” Consequently, she is unable to post, comment on your posts or answer e-mails. She’s doubtful that the computer can be repaired, and it may be a while before she can get another one. If anyone wants or needs to talk with her, let me know in the comments or by sending me an e-mail. I will contact you with her phone number.
