A Special Portrait
Each week one or more of us enter Nellie’s (Penelope – The Cats from Hell) Finish the Sentence Contest hoping to win one of her mom’s pawsome graphics. Though we try to be clever with our sentences, it doesn’t matter as winners are picked using Randomizer. This week, the lucky winner was Mauricio.
This week’s sentence began with: If at first you don’t… Mauricio finished it by saying, “get what you want, whine until you do.” The complete sentence represents exactly what he does…constantly!
The inspiration for Mau’s graphic came from his Sunday Selfies post, “Self-Proclaimed King of the Selfies.” Mau is an accomplished whiner as well as a first-class attention seeker, so Nellie and Mom Barb have portrayed him purrfectly. And here he is:

A Sad Farewell
The blogosphere lost a huge purrsonality and blogger last week with the passing of Nerrisa (Nissy) the Cat. Nissy coined the exclamation, “MOUSES!” We enjoyed his great adventures and travels using his whisk and frying pan technology. We are pleased that his brother, Seville (Sivvers), will continue on with Nissy’s blog in his memory, but we will always miss and never forget Nissy. MOUSES!
